Cancellation Window
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
How to Cancel
To cancel an order, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and details.
Refund on Cancellation
If your order is canceled before dispatch, any amount paid (if applicable) will be refunded within 3 days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellations before dispatch simply mean the order will not be shipped; no payment is required.
Important Note
Requests to cancel after dispatch cannot be honored. Please check your order carefully before confirming.
